Regarding Proxy

Hello,
I want to use a proxy with my browsers (IE,FF or Opera). But my ISP is blocking me from using proxy. Whenever I use a proxy, I cant browse any website. This is the following error.

How to overcome this problem and use proxy.
I am using Invisible Browsing 7.3 and this also is not able to let me use proxies.

It means that the proxy has blocked you from using it. Try using another proxy.

Try finding another proxy, if you use IE.
If you use Firefox, you can install the FoxyProxy addon and check if it works.
