    What are these errors?

I recently had a system crash and lost some data. At that time when I went to eventvwr I saw a dhcp error saying :

"your computer has automatically configured the IP address for network card with address 0000e814152F. the ip address being used is 169.254.17.32"

Also another error I saw was this :
"The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more time sources, however none of the sources are currecntly accessible. No attempt to contact a source will be made in 14 minutes. NtpClient has no source of accurate time."

I have formatted C: drive and reinstalled O.S. Still the same error I am noticing in eventvwr. Can anybody tell me what is this error and why it will occur and how to fix it? [sorry for my bad english]

That's APIPA address which means your network card can't get an ip address from your DHCP server.

Go into system services and check to see if DCHP Client is running-if not, start it and set it to auto.

Don't worry about what the events manager tells you first.
Are you able to get an IP address when you connect to the network?

Yes, I can get IP. But will there be any problem with this? Because yesterday I had a crash about which I posted here http://forum.raymond.cc/spyware-viruses/11866-where-are-my-files.html. Please see that post and tell me whether that crash is related dhcp or network etc.
