How to do a search over All network computers ?¿

Hello All...

I started recently to administer a network and users are using their work computers for personal purposes and hiding personal files on these computers. So I need to track these computers to find this kind of files and to create a report of it and inform the owner of the company.

So, My question is .: Is there any way to perform this task from my computer without the user knowing ?¿

I don't need to delete or block these files right now. I only need to confirm if this is happening and show to my boss who is doing this and what kind of files are hiding.

When this is confirmed, I will have to make a backup of these files for each User and then remove all files...
