    Automatic connect when logon

I see some of my friends' computer automatically connect to streamyx broadband once they login. But mine, i need to click 'connect to streamyx'. Can I make mine like that?

I read this article and feel really thankful to Raymond.

Must I on and connect my computer (host) so that other computer can use the wifi?
Is the speed as fast as in the host?

    Thanks

When you connect to a network manually, did you click the option 'connect to network automatically'?

    Spin

    HI kakashi ,

First you must know, you are using modem or router.

if you are you using modem... the only way is you need to click on "connect" when you need it

if you using router or (modem with router) you have 2 option
    - configure to auto connect
    - or using manual connect

summary : check what type of modem you are using , auto connect only apply to router only, if you have modem with router then is possible to configure to auto connect
