create a wireless hotspot not work!!!

Hi! friend, I have a problem with creating a wireless hotspot. I follow up this achieves........http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2008/03/22/how-to-share-internet-connection-in-xp-without-wireless-router/
but it does not succeed and I don't know why. When i try to connect hotspot, it show that hotspot "not connected" but the bottom say " you are currently connected to this network.... To disconnect from this......" ??? I try to configure ip address to be static, reset wireless zero, and many things.... but it does not help. Should I do anything better?
I have a laptop that is equipped with both ethernet(wired) and wireless network adapter and it is connected directly to the Internet using an ADSL modem.
Thanks for help!!

On the computer that will be the hotspot, Step 7 is very important. Did you miss that part?

No, I don't miss that step. The client does still not see the host.
hej.. nobody can solve my problem?...please....
I sure my wireless network adapter is not broken, because before this time my hotspot could be connected. After I tried setting net bridge (between wireless adapter and LAN adapter, nothing happened, so I delete it and reset the old setting.),however, my hotspot can't be connected ever since. Would anyone can find the cause of this?
Thanks.....
