Network Boot(PXE) dead notebook to Install WinXP

I am not able to find means to network-boot dead notebook.
Startup can be done with PXE boot in BIOS but after that how can I connect
to PC with network-cross cable to re-install WinXP on notebook.
Notebook do not have USB boot or Floppy.
Sorry missed to mention no CD-Rom either..

Booting up a computer via PXE is not as easy as you think it is. You have to set up the server side as well to accept PXE clients.

I'd just use a cd version network bootdisk to connect to a windows server with shared folders.
