Shared Internet cnnection using bluetooth

Hi i am new to this forum. I need a help. I have Samsung S5233 cellphone and toshiba L310 satellite laptop with built in bluetooth capability. I access internet in toshiba through a wi-fi router. Now i want to use the same PC internet in my samsung S5233 cell using toashiba bluetooth service. How can i do this??? Please help me with required software and procedures. Thanks in advance

but that is for bluetooth dongle but my toshiba has got built in bluetooth
