    Detect bandwidth used by programs

Hey guys, does anyone know of any program to detect what program is connecting to the internet and how much bandwidth its using? I'm pretty sure there's one, i remember i was reading about a program with that kind of features but i though it was enough with Networx

I was using norton + online armor and netwrox (installing Zone Alarm noW!)
Whenever i booted my pc, Networx was telling me that there was something downloading about 350b/s every 5 or 10 seconds. (not only when booted, the whole time! so prob troyan or something)

Networx only tells me that something is connecting to the internet
My OnlineArmor tells me what programs have access to the internet, but doesn't tell which one is currently using my connection and how much its using.

Any recomendation would be really appreciated!

HijackThis logs are a good way to check for a Trojan, but what do you have your Norton and OnlineArmor updates set to? How about ZoneAlarm? ESET's actively connected to the internet with me, because I've told it to check for updates every hour, and that I'm always connected on bootup. Might be worth taking a look there. At the same time, it might be MS phone home features, in which case, there's not much you can do there.

Woah, didnt think about their "autoupdate"
I don't know where is norton's option to chane how often it updates, probably it doesnt have one (whenever i open NIS it says updated >5min ago)

Anyway, if it is Norton, how do i confirm that it is Norton connecting to the internet.
Is there a program to measure how much bandwith is used by "each" program?
Lets say, im loading a video from youtube with firefox and another with chrome, and i want to know what is the current speed for each browser.

Haha, not many think of it because it's not something any of us notice unless watching our bandwidth. The tool that Raymond linked will solve your problems that you're asking.
