Only way i can think of is to call up your Internet Provider like Bigpond, Telstra etc and ask them for your password. You will have to answer some questions im pretty sure for security. Try that and post back.

There are a lot of routers out there, but most of them have a built in Reset Button. Hit that, it should reset to the default password and login.

Thats a good point Hellnoire. I would have to do it the way I said as my Router has no reset button. Lucky we have the password written out.

ok,it is not clear which password are you talking about? the wireless key (wep,wpa) or the isp password?
