unable to open some sites need help

hello all,
i m newbie to this forum.
i m facing a very strange problem that i cannot open this site at my hoe network
http://stackoverflow.com/

but i can open this on my office.
on both places we have same isp. how do i open this at my home?

That is very strange. I can open it fine here...

what are the browsers you're using in both locations? Do you know if your Hosts file is blocking it? (To check, run HijackThis and just check to see if there's any IPs in the log).

Or try to use Open DNS maybe DNS cause problem.
