is the network traffic through ur router or is it through a router which is controlled/managed by some one else? Who is the owner of the network who changed the default user and password?

If the router is controlled by someone else and you try to force your way in, it's cracking which we won't show you how to do (against the site rules). You can try a proxy to get around it but that's about all we can offer. Chances are good, that proxy will make it even slower though.

1. uTorrent from someone elses wifi is.... shady.
2. Try forwarding uTorrent to port 80 or 8080. Never tried it but it may work if the tunnel doesnt. A lot of the free tunnels block p2p.
