Network Attack Intrusion

Hi All,

My ISP has provided me with a wireless modem for me to connect to the internet, I have Kaspersky Internet security suite which is displaying sometimes a message saying that there is a Network in trusion attack, can anyone let me know if this is a serious warning that i have to take care of immediately or something that i can ignore. How can I get rid of this?

Am attaching a screen shot of the error message Kaspersky is displaying.

If it says it's blocked, don't worry. It means it's not getting in.

What you need to do is stop going on shady sites though, as that's the most common attack vector for worms, those shady sites. You still might want to scan your computer just to be safe, but chances are very good you're clean though.

Thanks for the response,a sign of relief, this error is coming sometimes even while I was not surfing any websites. I never browse Shady websites
