Well I am using KIS and it usually is the first to nag me when I visit malicious sites but I have been using torrent2exe for months but nothing suspicious occurs. I have also tried to do online check for that site: here and it says clean.

Perhaps we need to consult the malware experts to explain what possible reasons of being detected as suspicious

believe me...all these are useless...we have all tried torrent2exe , txtor , bitlet , opera etc.., in our university and we have failed...but we didn't use putty in a proper way..., can anyone upload a detailed way on how to use this program.

one more thing is that a program called " your freedom " is used by me and it gave 6 - 10 kbps and that really sucks...but if u subscribe for it, they say that they will support a speed up to 400 kbps . But we didn't tried .

But any how...can anyone help me how to use putty in win 7 ???
    thanking u in advance...!!!

Sree1000, PuTTY won't let you download files. You'd use it to connect to a server running SSH.
