Help with my router

hi guys, i just upgraded my internet to fiber power and modem router is included, my problem is i cannot access my router ( Thomsom twg870u), is there any default password that you can share with me, i already tried:

admin-admin
administrator-blank
admin-blank etc...

but nothing works with my router?

There's a button somewhere in the back of the router. Press that button to reset factory setting and the default login for a Thompson router shoud be:
Username: Administrator
Pass: leave it blank.

already done that alboguy but no luck....

Then you should contact the ISP customer support. They probably modified the router.

Try:
password: password

[INDRANIL]

Try username: none password: admin. If all fails contact your ISP customer support as Alboguy said.
