Which anti virus you are using ?? Ok uninstall all your network devices from device manager. After that restart the pc it will automatically found or Scan for hardware changes form device manager. Then it will automatically install again.
I don't need to know everything, I just need to know where to find it, when I need it.

I think there is something conflicts with KIS. Just disable KIS and restart for test purpose just see.

Good advice.
A lot of software can't be installed with anti-virus or anti-spyware software running. And there is the rare case of software not compatible at all with your security software.

hi, after googling for some time nd after some trials my problem is finally solved.
Here im posting the solution, so that it would be helpful to any one who is facing the same problem.
I added localservice and networkservice to the administrator group.
Type in the following commands in cmd prompt(with admin privileges):
net localgroup administrators localservice /add
net localgroup administrators networkservice /add
exit
Then reboot.
