Streamyx Error

Hey Raymond, i have a problem when connecting through my streamyx account. The modem cannot establish the PPP connection. From the modem log i got this message :

PAP: login to remote failed; please check user/pswd.

I've check my login ID and password multiple times. I've never change it. Any ideas.

That error states that you entered the wrong username or password.
I think your best option is to call up TM and ask them to reset your password.
Just pick up your landline and dial 100.
