I don't think there's anything you can do.

Here are one big difference between RapidShare and Torrent.

WWE Raw is released on Monday nights.

    For Torrent
    1. It will be released as soon as the capper got it.
    2. The person who release will need to seed it. Imagine, 1 seeder and hundreds of leecher. The download is not going to be very fast.
    3. Even if you're one of the first to get it, you have to continue seeding to maintain your ratio. If you're late to get it, chances are you won't be able to seed much and your ratio will be affected.
    4. There are times that torrent tracker sites are being shut down and we can't get fast releases.

    For Rapidshare
    1. It might not be "as fast" as torrent but the download speed is really fast.
    2. You can get it anytime as long as the links are alive. No worries about ratio.
    3. Even if the links are dead, you can still find alternate Rapidshare links using Google.

But of course, it comes with a price for not wanting to "seed" :(

Not sure how long.. or even whether RapidShare can fix it. Just enjoy the unlimited rapidshare downloading while you still can :)
