I have 4 computers, (3 connected thru network lan, 1 pc is stand alone), my problem is sharing usb sticks, removable drives to every computer. Because of different brand/kinds of usb stick are being inserted in every computer, we have to manually shared every usb stick to each pc everytime a new usb is inserted to be able for the other computer to access the usb drive. Often the file from the usb stick is copied to shared folder which is not a good practice.
Right clicking the usb stick properties to enable filesharing in front of the client is not very polite. Copying files to the shared folder is OK but sometimes disturb the artist concentration and very annoying.
Is there any fix to share permanently usb sticks/i-pod/mp4players/removable drives (whatever brand) to other computer connected by LAN. Do i need a software/program.

You can create a simple batch file to automatically share the usb flash drive.
When you plug in your USB flash drive, just run the batch file and it will share.
Open notepad and type in the command:
net share ShareName=e:
ShareName is for you to enter any word that will be the shared folder name and e: is for you to enter your USB flash drive letter.
Save it as shareUSB.bat
