Lost DSL Username and Password
Hi All.. If you have been reading.. I just got my new PC today.. and I also bought a wireless router..
When installing it.. it's asking me for a DSL username and password but I dont know it..
Where can I get it..? I'm using British Telecomunications (BT)

The best people to help you with it, are the people from where you got it. If they have a service phone number then request them you username and password.

That's the best thing to do as Solaris said.
Also, Google and you'll find lists of default passwords for different routers.
For example mine was 'admin' and 'admin' as username and password.

Try reading the manual. Sometimes the default usernams and passwords are listed there.

if then , try to master/ hard reset your modem , there should be a small button , tiny black dot. press it for long to reset it back to factory default , then your username and password should be back to admin

yes do as ismailtahir said.
but b4 that you must remember the current router settings to reapply them after resetting.
In some routers, like in mine, there's a pinhole (similar to those in optical drives), you need to insert a pin to reset it to factory default settings.
