How to open blocked ports?

Well i am studying at uni and most of ports are blocked here. So i can not download torrents, can't use p2p or so. And i really want to access torrents.. Is there any way to bypass that thing or make torrents work on other open ports or so? thnx for your advices

You could always try scanning for open ports (don't know how that will work) and changing your torrent client's port to an open port. But, I don't advise this because this may get you into some trouble.

Even if you manage to use an open port secretly, the admin can easily know who and which computer takes up a lot of their bandwidth. If they block it, then don't do it. You'll only put yourself into trouble.
