Dropped internet connection

When i'm on the internet in Internet Explorer and try to send info out i get disconected. I have to reboot the computer to get the internet back on. Some times i can open a couple of windows of internet explorer before i get dropped again. This only started a couple of days ago. I ran Malwarebytes and it found 22 TrojanAgent variations, it healed everything but i still have the problem of my internet connection dropping. I'm running Windows Media Edition 2005 with SP2. Is there anything i can do fix this problem? I don't want to format the computer which is a Compaq Presario.

Can you post a HijackThis log ?

I will not have access to the computer until later today to be able to make a highjack log and i will need instructions on how to do it or where i can find that info. Thanks

Well the problem with the computer was solved by the people who own it. They became impatient with the computer and didn't want to wait any longer to see if i could fix it for them. They did a system recovery on the computer and lost all the files and music they had on it. I would like to thank Prashanthpai for trying to help me with the problem.
