Can any one help me, I lost my gamil password how to get it.

There is something called as "I cannot access my account" on the Gmail SignIN page which is same as "Forgot Password" button.

Remove your email or change the text of your email to something like this to avoid Spam mails--

[princeX.smith1X@gmailX.XcomX]

notify others to remove the X & [] from your email.

I was so bored that I did it for you. Here is the instructions.

Reset Password

To initiate the password reset process, please follow the instructions sent to your rediffmail.com email address.
If you don't have a secondary email address, or if you no longer have access to that account, please try the 'Forgot your password?' link again after five days. At that point, you'll be able to reset your password by answering the security question you provided when you created your account.
To prevent someone from trying to break into an account you're actively using, the security question is only used for account recovery after an account has been idle for five days. The Gmail team cannot waive the five day requirement or access your password under any circumstances.
If you're unable to answer your security question or access your secondary email account, we regret that the Gmail team cannot provide further assistance. If you're concerned about the security of your account, please visit our Security Center.

Mark, that email trick is no longer useful as Spam Bots are now configured to recognize and to distinguish an email id from braces [].
What I posted above might work as for now as it is a new trick to hide email id and also the spam bots will have difficulty in finding the real email id. 9/10 times, they'll find the wrong email id.
