After googling a bit, i found out that there are many solutions to that.
First of all,try to un-install your hardware's software driver and try reinstalling them.
If this doesn't work, try this,
goto Start > Programs > Accessories > Communications > Network Connections > Right-click your Connection and select Properties > Click on the Authentication tab > Disable / uncheck the option IEEE 802.1x authentication for this network. Now, try to connect to your Wireless network. (Note: you may need to restart the computer)

Does your wireless router uses certificate? If not, simply turn off IEEE 802.1x authentication by following heart reaper's suggestion.
