    Simultaneously use 2 different connects?

    Hello there.

I'd like to know if there is any possible way to integrate 2 different internet connections on 1 PC/LT.

I got a adsl connection as well as a wireless one. Since the wireless is faster than the adsl, I'd like to use wireless to download stuff and use adsl (better ping) for online gaming.

    Thanks

I've been trying figure out how to do that for many years already and don't think it's possible because of the Windows route table limitations. Couldn't find anything that is able to hack it.

You could switch back and forth between the two if you're using Vista, since it's network manager can do that. Connect to the wireless when downloading, and unplug the ADSL in the back, then turn off wireless and plug ADSL back in for your gaming. It's the only thing I could suggest.

To use them at the same time, you're out of luck there.

I'm sure it's possible in theory, because i have seen a pc that used internet via sattelite, and all incoming traffic was via the sattelite, but the outgoing traffic was via ADSL. Som i think, you have to search for proper software.

Incoming via satellite and outgoing ADSL? That doesn't make any sense because the IP address would be different and the request wouldn't be complete. An example:

Satellite: Hi, I am A, I'd like you to send me information on this page.
Server: Hi A, OK I'm sending it to you. Sending info to A...
ADSL: I'm B and I am waiting for incoming traffic.

As you can see that ADSL could never get any incoming traffic because the request was sent from Satellite. Unless Satellite is able to spoof packets and tell the server to send the data back to ADSL.

Check this info, thats what i'm talking about - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satellite_Internet_access

    One-way receive, with terrestrial transmit

One-way terrestrial return satellite Internet systems are used with traditional dial-up access to the Internet, with outbound data traveling through a telephone modem, but downloads sent via satellite at a speed near that of broadband Internet access. In the U.S., an FCC license is required for the uplink station only; no license is required for the users.

Another type of 1-way satellite internet system involves the use of General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) for the back-channel.[2] By utilizing a connection that is offered in standard GPRS or EDGE, the upload volume is very low and since this service is not per-time charged, but charged by volume uploaded, users are able to surf and download in broadband speeds. Another view of using GPRS as return would be the mobility when the service is provided by a satellite that transmits in the field of 50 to 53 dBW. Using a 33 cm wide satellite dish, a notebook and a normal GPRS equipped GSM phone, users can get mobile satellite broadband.

There's some expert technique called Connection Balancing , that only a few of people know how to do this ( I've read one article about one person in MIT did this already ) and he mention somewhat about IPTables , and now I forgot already where to search that article. Will update you as soon as I found it.
