I found a great free game yesterday. I'm probably late and everyone probably already has it, but I've found it awesome. I like free. Its my favorite, and as far as free stuff goes that Ive found, this ranks in the top.
Its a racing game and I know some people just don't dig racing games, but for those that do, its called TrackMania Nations. It's free to download and play in solo, LAN and online. Its compatabile with almost all windows I think. You can customize your car, build tracks and all kinds of cool junk. It wound up being worth looking at.

Trackmania isn't an EA franchisee as far as I know.

BTW, Yes, Gamehouse games are fun. Some of them are really addictive.

Quake LIVE! is the newest incarnation of Quake. It runs on Windows XP and Vista, and requires Firefox or Internet Explorer. It is a Free-to-play shooter, and besides the fact that it looks downright amazing for a browser game... when it supports Linux, I know I'm signing up

That was the only one I know of. Awesome, Hellnoire. Not much of a PC gamer, but I LOVE shooters. Will definitely hit those up.
