Yes sujay. The plugin automatically does the following:

1. randomly selects a winner
2. sends a PM to the winner that he/she has won
3. post a thread in http://forum.raymond.cc/draw-results/

The only manually thing I need to do is to create the giveaway and send the license to the winner via PM. Sending the license via PM is WAY better than using email because of the nasty spam filters.

There is also no cheating or rigging on the results. The plugin is coded to choose randomly and no intervention on my side.
