Honestly licenses sold in ebay are always suspicious.
Once I bought a Norton license for only $10, although it activates fine but it was registered to another user.
When contacted Norton about this, they claimed that this key is pirated.
I guess there are always loopholes on software registration system.

By the way, the seller has got a very good reputation in ebay...

Strange you mention e-bay for software as this would never have crossed my mind to buy software from there.

Mind you it's 50 euro for windows 7 ultimate on Gumtree, plus you can buy a laptop with office and a ten year license of Avast? but the prices do not match.... i doubt it is moderated, and one guy offers to send you a copy of win 7 that self activates as he has a business and bought multiple licenses the Irish would sell sand to the Arabs.

I once bought an XP Pro license on Ebay for $ 80.- Never had any problem with it, but even so, I would not do it again. Once something goes wrong you are on your own.

My computer has allergy from malwarebytes pro
It uses 75 to 85 percent of cpu when i install it on my pc.
Free version dont make this problem
so i will skip it

The XP Pro license that you bought "might be" technet or msdn license..
Those license are original but considered illegal if you're using it on your home computer. They are meant for testing purposes only.

Just came off the good end of a dispute with a seller on Ebay with exactly the same problem as Raymond mentioned The seller said it was registered to me only and Norton support told me otherwise I took Norton's advice and got my money back.

I am fully agreed with you. May be you get a fresh key but maximum time the key used by another people. As Raymond and saturn says
