The RAM usage is a bit alarming. I would like to test this but after I see the ram usage, it's a no for me.

RAM usage should not be the only reason to be not trying AV product. There are much AV products available which are not the lightest at their category, but still can do the job better than the light ones.

People please do not take this too ambiguous, but it's not the size, it's how you use it!

HOw would you rate it in terms of performance ... relative to others... eg: heavy than nod but equivalent to bitdefender

also, since I could not find any detection tests for this s/w, whats ur take on this .

It's really too much if ArcaVir asking for 2GB Ram minimum.
Most of the current Home use Antivirus/Internet Security (even for multi-engines like TrustPort, G=Data, F-Secue),they are asking only maximum 1GB Ram.

What is this ArcaVir actually ? OEM or self-developed newly security softwares company.....never heard about it !?
