B. We can choose the version (Mac or Windows), and the language when install it (Deutch or English).

This program has been around for quite some time and it was reviewed rather positively. This version is 3.0, while the latest version is 4.0. The company is one of the leading vendors of photoshop plug-ins, though this is a stand-alone version. Much depends on the amount and quality of the filters, which I have not tried yet. I guess it will be a watered-down version, but much depends on what you need it for, so it might still be useful.
