I downloaded, installed and tested this converter .

Installation went quickly and easily .























When running the program for the first time it will open a box to enter the license :






Registration was successful .

After finishing the installation I did a little test in the same conditions as in this test.

This test takes into account only the :
a.) speed of conversion and
b.) file size obtained after conversion .

So .... What I did ?

I converted a ''.flv'' file in a ''.avi ( Xvid codec )'' file .
This is the file ----> ''THE LOGICAL SONG - By Roger Hodgson.flv'' ----> 8,20 MB (8.604.678 bytes)




The settings ( for conversion ) I used were ---> the default settings .




The result was :

- Size of resulted file ( ''.avi'' ; Xvid codec ) ----> 24,3 MB (25.502.666 bytes)
- Time to conversion ----> 00:01:48





Comparing the above results with those of other test I can say that uRex Video Converter Platinum is a good software .
