The domain used by Online Armor changed from tallemu.com to online-armor.com.

There is LIMITED Windows 7 x64 support. What this means is that the core x64 support is in place, but some features do not work. We do not consider the x64 version of Online Armor release ready, but as a result of user requests, we're making it possible to install Online Armor (paid versions only) on Windows 64 with this release.

However, to prevent a situation where a user un-knowingly installs Online Armor on an x64 machine and incorrectly assumes full protection, the installer program needs to be run with of a command line parameter – consider this as 'informed consent'.

Therefore, to get Online Armor Premium or Online Armor ++ installed on a Windows 7 x64 machine, add the command line parameter "/dragonslayer" when running the installer.

The OA team does know the word "funny"...but why don't they provide the same for the free version...I'm sure there are a few OA free users out there complaining

But I tested it with the new Spyshelter keylogging test.It fails the clipboard logging test.

I lost total faith in them as a user friendly firewall builder, dumped my paid version and loaded up PC Tools. They have totally ignore the public going 7-64 and played around way to long in development. They spent more time revamping their forum than developing a firewall that will work with a 64 bits system

Paid version only and partial support.
You can install Online Armor (paid) on a 64 bit without HIPS and at your own risk

@ Flatlands: I stopped using OA since it is too aggressive and slows down Windows.
I believe Tall Emu don't have Beta Tester enough (and sufficient computers for test purpose as well).
They also started to include nag screen on their free OA versions as a result people might think they got infected.
I believe that including snag screens into free software is not the right way to promote one's one software and to induce people to buy one's own commercial software.
Freeware should mean at no cost.
I cannot blame Mike Nash: Tall Emu is not a big company.

They made another mistake in my opinion:
Ttey started to include Kaspersky engine in their paid Online Armor ++ then from v 3.0.5.44 on OA ++ includes Ikarus/A-squared engine.

At least they have been honest enough not to include adware toolbars into their software

No, OA passes all the tests including Clipboard logging (just without pop-up). See screenshot: Spyshelter test could not get the data.

To protect them. The x64 version is not stable, so any x64 user must be able to recover his system in crash cases. But Mike has done a favor to the paid costumers. They wanted it.
