A short Review of Iobit malware Fighter:

Starting from " Installation"
its of only 10.3 Mb of file to download
Installed smoothly without asking for a Restart
Interface is quite attractive and decorative with the use of Green colour:



immediately it asked for 16-18 kb database update..
the update window is also attractive:



This comes with 8 different tools:
1) Startup Guard
2) Cookie Guard
3)Process Guard
4) Browser Guard
5) Network Guard
6) Usb Disk Guard
7) File Guard
8) Malicious Action Guard



You can put off the different guard too.



As usual the scan comes with Three different options:
Smart,Deep and Custom



Smart Scan is very Fast as scan my system within 30 seconds.



the software is based upon cloud technology and you can upload samples too..



If you will put a USB to the sytem it scans it without waiting and give you the result ( if the USB Guard is active i.e turn on)



DOG ( Digital Original Gene ) is used in this which says that it will enhance zero day threats based upon different software making . Distribution and advertising.



But, when i saw the memory used by it i was little worried:



its still in Beta Phase..
but, after using for 3-4 hours there was no problem associated with it..
un installation is also easy and doesn't require any system " restart"
modern interface keeps this software in a high place ..

hope it will be coming out with less memory hogger item..

Looks interesting SAMEERA and i think Ceyfer has a good point as 10 bit need to make up for past mistakes, although i never heard the final verdict if they where guilty or not..

I dont think anyone heard the verdict, nothing could really be proved. Iobit removed what wasn't there's and who knows maybe malwarebyte's did that all themselves? But it's done and over with, Iobit does have some nice software..

I have tested it against many zero day malwares and other popular threats and found it very promising. Hope final build will bring further improvements.
