help.. cannot reinstall windows...

recently my pc been struck by virus, which makes my pc cannot login at all.
so i have using kaspersky and bitdefender rescue cd to help clean. So far everything was been clean. But the problem of my pc still can't solve yet.

after finish scanning and cleaning virus, i restarted my pc, but then it cannot login into windows login. It just reboot when it started to show windows logo loading bar. i have opted to repair my windows using windows cd. But when on the windows loading bar it will stil reboot my pc which makes my repairing window not successfully. any help from here..?

is it my bootsector have corrupt?

Have you tried by doing a clean install of Windows?

sorry i cannot perform a clean install as i have very important documents and programs inside. been trying to login into safe-mode and last known good configuration still does help me.

but when i using a live cd, i still can browse my documents but my major concern is my program as it's register based on my hardware. so i cannot redownload again the program as i need to buy new cd-key in enable the program to run again.

is there any way other method to fix my windows...?

Nope your bootsector is fine since it can boot to Windows.

just a suggest run checkdisk of windows
try and let me know if it work or not!
