AVG on a server breaks the license agreement.... Clam would work, but no real time scanner.

Just curious, what is the point of spending $1000+ on the server OS and then use it as a workstation?
From win2008r2workstation.com:
Using this manual you will be able to use Windows Server 2008 R2 as a lightning fast Workstation which allows you to use applications, develop or play games better than you ever could on a home user Operating System like Windows 7 or Windows Vista!
Did Microsoft got it wrong again with Windows 7? I would be better of with Server OS now?

I don't feel this is the case, but some people do... don't know why.

You can always use it for the evaluation period. And you can extend that period to 240 days. By that time I usually need to do a reinstall anyway...
