How can i get rid of Log on screen in Windows Server 2008 R2 boot?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to remove the sign in/ logon screen when the pc boots up. When i install server 2008 r2, i have to enter a password and can't get the computer to boot up and log on/in, without having to type a password first.
