proxy server not allowing torrent downloads...help plzz

I am in a university in india and my proxy server is completely blocking torrent downloads and i googled here and there and found two solutions in this website itself but they proved to be a failure and then i tried an application called your freedom and by their servers i am able to download with speed of only about 5-9kbps and this really sucks.I don't know whether proxy tunneling is a serious offence or not but i really need to download some movies , seasons , softwares , online courses...etc.., and so i want to use torrents...so please can anyone help me...or can anyone tell me appropriate free proxy servers & port numbers to be used in the connections tab of utorrent.Thanks in advance..!!!

Ok First of all as per forum rule we can not discuss hacking or cracking methods otherwise . There are HTTP tunneling method, you can search it over the Google ( Remember it is your best friend ). One more thing are you a student ?? If so then you don't need to download movie,seasons etc at university. Just go and study for your future. Your system admin is smart enough. If you need working software's (like programing, Database etc) then contact you lab authority I mean lab assistant or Admin. They will assist you to get that one. Do not try to download any game or warez stuff. Always remember they are watching behind you. Best of luck for your study and future. Best Regards.

If you didn't know, the network admin of your university can easily track down that you're downloading heavily.
Free alternatives are always slow to download. The only way is to pay for vpn or http tunneling to bypass the block.
