I use wireless internet and the netgear box is connect to my pc and my little brothers pc has installed a wireless card so he can connect to the internet using the same internet. What I want to do is restrict him from going on certain sites and if I can I also want to restrict his internet speed. He is driving me crazy with downloading files all the time which slows my internet and some times he even uses torrent to download.

I'm using Sky broadband if you wanted to know.

    Oops I'm so sorry.
    You should use HostsXpert.

Go to Editing > Add Line

By default it shows 127.0.0.1. After the numbers, enter the website that you want to block. Then click Add Line again, and you should see on the right hand side a new line has been added.
