    Hi Raymond

Today when i tried to access a website, it reported the following error:

    "Network Error (dns_server_failure)

Your request could not be processed because an error occurred contacting the DNS server.
The DNS server may be temporarily unavailable, or there could be a network problem.

This message generated by DSPCache-3-jed1; For assistance, contact your network support team.

Your request was categorized by SmartFilter as 'Travel'.

I accessed this site yesterday and it was working properly.

Do you know what is the problem?

    Thanks

I just checked my server's uptime and there was zero downtime yesterday.

This problem that you're facing seems to be a problem with your ISP DNS. Try using OpenDNS instead.

    Thanks Raymond.

I just remembered, yesterday I installed 'Ashampoo Internet Accelerator 2'. It was causing problem. I uninstalled it and it went all right.
