Need help with Windows Server 2003 missing folders

Hi!

Recently, there were few important folders missing from Server. Have did some searching but could not locate the folders and sub folder files at all. It is a HP Proliant Server with Windows Server 2003 installed into it.

Is there any software that I can use to locate the missing files or maby the purposely DELETED FILES?

Thanks ...when I am about to use the recovery software, I just received news that there were 2 folders misplaced to another folders.Could it be a sabotaged work??How I can prevent this or know whom moved it to another??Please advise
