another big raid error

Dear friend,

I meet another big raid 5 error.

I server is 16 hdds and raid level 5.
Firstly I met 1 hdd is fail, that why I change new one. The message apper degreded.
Thatwhy I made free hdd to hot spare and rebuilding raid.
In the process of rebuilding , dispear another hdd also fail.

Thatwhy,
I change another new hdd to repalce fail hdd palce.
but rebuilding is not process now.

I don't know what should I do?

All I know about raid is that all hdds have to be the same manufacturer and model

is it a software raid array or a hardware raid array?
if it is a software raid then 1 of 2 things that i can think of is causing your problems ( and you need to address these before you continue or it will keep failing )either your system is running to hot and the extra heat is causing the failures or the software is faulty
if it is a hardware raid array then your controller is bad and you will need to RMA it

btw the raid array does not need all the same size and manufacture but if they are all the same size then you will not have any wasted space ( un used space on the bigger drives ( because the raid array will match the size of the smaller drives )
