Replacing Windows Task Manager

I would like to know a few things.

1.Is there anything which can replace Windows Task Manager that is free?

2. A task manager for people who are not computer savvy like me so we know exactly which file is running as with Windows Task Manager, I have no idea what is running.

3. A task manager which shows everything.
