I have a problem with the installation of the USB - to - Parallel cable. I installed the software which came with the cable it has failed to recognise the device am using windows vista Home premium - using a laptop ACER aspire 4315-2535. i want to use the device to connect the tally key to enbale me use the tally programme tally 6.3 for my accounts. Am kindly requesting forum to assist me get out of this quagmire
