problem with explorer.exe

Hi,

I'm new here, having a problem on my dell Latitude D800, the explorer.exe CPU usage very high, it up to 30-40, it slow every thing down, any of you all facing this problem before?

sevearl of us are facing this. I opened task manager and watched to see what was peeking then right clicked the process and looked to to services to see what was running. Scan for spyware and virus's. just wait lots of peep here will help ya out

Are any open windows open? Like "My Computer"? the high CPU usage, you still get that even when your system is idle?
