i need a program that password protect an "exe" file

does any1 know of a program that password protect an "exe" file?

i want to protect a specific program, so no1 can enter it, is a program that can make the EXE file password protected?
(hide folder or password protect the folder wont help me i need to protect the EXE file itself)

Or just go to 'Properties', 'Security', and DENY Read/Execute privileges for all except Administrators and yourself. Or else, you could also right click the shortcut, choose properties, click the 'Shortcut' tab, then "Advanced". Check "Run as Administrator" and then "OK" and again "OK". Now nobody can run the program without Administrator's privileges.
