Bug Windows Live Messenger Video Call problems

I'm having problems with video and audio calls, everytime I try to initiate a Video call or Audio call this message appears: "Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70013)", but I am able to view and send my webcam individually, so it's not a hardware problems.

I've searched the web and only find references to McAfee SiteAdvisor, but I don't have this software installed, so what should I do?

No, I've recently reinstalled Windows on it and never had anything by McAfee installed.

Did you reinstall via an OEM disk, that is, a disk that came with your manufacturer's disk, not an XP disk?

I'm using Windows Vista, I have the original Microsoft CD, so no OEM installation, thus no pack of software was already installed.

The thing is more complicated: I was able to make one video call before this happened, I had a TV Tuner usb along with my webcam and messenger was using the TV Card, I tried to configure it to use my webcam but for some reason it was not on the list of devices. I tried changing the port but the driver was always failing, and I then rebooted. The camera is now working fine, but messenger can't make video/audio calls anymore.

Are you on a laptop that has a webcam built-in?

No, I'm on a desktop using an USB camera that is working perfectly even in WLM, except on video calls (it works if I send my webcam).

Hmm I've only encountered the other way round, not able to send webcam but can do video calls.

Try this simple trick. Sign in to WLM, disconnect (not close) and then reconnect.
See if the video call works?
