Kaspersky 2010 first impressions
I updated today to version 2010, and my first impression is that it slows browsing very much. Previosly I had 5-10 Mbps with 2009 version, now my internet speed is down to 1-3 Mbps. Measured through speedtest.net.
Maybe is not because KIS 2010, but it slowed down today after installation of 2010 version, and until today the internet speed was OK.
And somehow I feel that firefox needs more time to load flash player.
Did somebody else experienced something similar?

Nothing of that sort. I use KAV 2009 and comodo on my laptop for browsing.
Thoughts are like a never ending ocean where it is deep, endless and dangerous

Oh sorry. Typo. I use KAV 2010 with comodo on my laptop and is fine.
I use KIS 2010 on my desktop and is also fine. No slowdown. My desktop is 8 years old....

KIS 2010 did not slow down my downloading speed, but it slows a little bit my browsing speed and also the general performance of the computer compared to KIS 2009. It seems also that it has some bugs, but nothing serious. I'm sure they are gonna fix them in a few days.

KIS 2010 and KAV 2010 is a little unstable to use. I have tried it too and I removed it

I am very satisfied with KIS 2010. Much better than KIS 2009.
