Problem on updating Kaspersky Security Suite CBE 09

I download Kaspersky Security Suite CBE 09 from this blog , after installing this antivirus their was no problem on updating but few days ago a problem occurred & its database corrupted two times.
now i installed fresh copy of aspersky Security Suite CBE 09 but when i wanted to update it do not update.When i saw update report which say that for the following problem
"Connection terminated http://dnl-18.geo.kaspersky.com/
Or A network failure occurred during downloading updates http://dnl-16.geo.kaspersky.com/"

But on the time when Kaspersky Security Suite CBE 09's update running then i download "Corel WordPerfectLightningInstaller.exe" with my DOWNLOAD MANAGER (IDM) & there was no problem on downloading that mean my Internet connection is working good.

Please help me to solve the problem.

Check and see if Windows firewall is still running, I'm willing to bet that it is, for some reason KIS doesn't totally disable the windows firewall during the setup. I would also recommend disabling windows defender. To check both these:

Go to the start menu and go to run, 
type in services.msc, press enter (UAC might ask you for permission, allow it)

scroll down the list, towards the bottom you should see Windows Defender, double click on it, in the drop down box titled start-up type, choose disabled. Repeat this for Windows Firewall! See what happens (you will need to reboot the system first)
