Windows 7 Libraries Folder

I have just installed the new Windows 7 and i can tell you it runs really well. it boots up quicker than Vista and for some reason uses about 100Mb less ram. The only problem is that when Windows boots up a 'Libraries' folder pops up on the screen. Does anyone have a clue about how to stop this folder from popping up. I have tried msconfig, but its not there.

Try using WinPatrol ToGo and seeing it if works to remove it.
