Kaspersky 2010 slowdown?

Did anyone experienced slowdown when using Kaspersky 2010?

Especially when streaming video?

My videos were taking longer than usual to load when kaspersky proactive protection is turned on. But when I turned it off, I find my video load faster.

Anyone experienced the same thing?

Nevermind. I will stick to kaspersky. I was thinking of changing to Eset but considering Eset takes like 50+MB of RAM in the system tray (according to raymond's review), I will stick to Kaspersky for my xp and Eset miss out a few months old virus (saw this on their forum) (if is a new virus I understand), I don't trust it...

well,I tried KIS 2010 and yes it made my pc to run slower than what it was previously.so after trying it for 1 week ,I uninstalled it and got 2009 installed again .

KIS 2010 works great on my computer.. Except.. My only gripe is when it updates... It totally slows my PC and I have to wait for it to finish..

It caused a similar slowdown to my friend's laptop. I havn't tired it yet.
