Very simple John, Since your in a virtual platform any changes done by trial software will be reset upon reboot and these includes the information stored in registry (trial reg keys used by a trialware ) and any restriction program bundled within the program itself.

Be sure your Returnil Protection Status is On or Session Lock Activated.
